100 gr butter or margarine
100 gr sugar
1 large egg
half a tablespoon vanilla essence
175 gr cake flour
175 gr chocolate chips
Pre-heat oven to 180°C.
Soften the butter and add the sugar, mix it up a bit to form a smooth paste.
Break the egg in a separate container, add the vanilla essence to the egg and whisk briefly.
Add the egg mixture to the butter mixture and mix it up.
Add the flour and chocolate chips and mix well.
Spray the cookie tray with spray’n’cook and place balls of dough a little larger than a walnut on the tray.
Flatten them with a spoon and bake for 5 – 10 minutes.
