Today I started on the 3 Day Diet 😦 The aim is to experiment with different diets over the next few months to see what works and what doesn’t. But no telling if I’ll be able to stick through the next 3 Days 🙂 let alone a few months of dieting.
The 3 Day Diet
This is a low-calorie diet that will assist you in dropping weight fast. It claims that you can lose 4.5 kg in 3 days, unfortunately the weight might return once off the diet.
